Lesson #1: When it involves money, especially YOUR money, never procrastinate on the issue, get it settled as quick as possible.
Lesson #2: While there still are a few good men out there who are responsible and trustworthy, you cannot trust people when they owe you money, no matter how honourable you have been with them; cos it's likely they will conveniently disappear when it's time for them to pay you back.
Lesson 3#: If they are property agents, don't trust them at all. Don't show mercy.
Sigh.
It's been a while since I was this annoyed. Nice feeling.
